The leaving of Liverpool…

Had a great time in Liverpool – just want to say a big thank you to Mandy, Cate, Julie and Sal @ News From Nowhere for their hospitality and a cool little gig in the shop yesterday afternoon…my album FLY is on sale in the shop as well now, great to see Dan Hartland in there as well :-)…and big thanks to Dave McTague from Mellowtone, Dave O’Grady @The Magnet for the gig their last night – good to meet up with Chris Currie from Wirral Radio and to meet Iain Morley from Buffalo Riot – well done those on the open mic before me – set a nice vibe to play to.

Paid my respects at the grave of Robert (Tressell) Noonan today in Walton Cemetry (Rice Lane Farm), Liverpool…author of The Ragged Trousered Philanthropist book…which inspired my song All Down The Days http://garyodea-gojomusic.bandcamp.com/track/all-down-the-days
