Thanks to all that came along to the gigs in Ireland, the promoters for the bookings and all the new musicians and songwriters I connected with and the people at the gigs out to hear some original independent songwriters…it was a great little trip and massively rewarding 🙂 X

Thanks to Cormac Sheehan for the gig at The Friary – Cork on 31-5-18…wonderful night 🙂 and great to meet Gill and Colin from Cormac’s band Twitch Jnr plus Niall Cuddy…whose song ‘I Know Fuck All’ still rings around my head 🙂 …and the lovely Jacqueline and Pavlee for great support …’Cork is the centre of the Universe’ 🙂

A fantastic return to Charlie Malones ‘Acoustic Club’ in Limerick on 5-6-18 and great to see old friends Eugene, Dominic and Graham…and also meet some great songwriters in the lovely Sarah Croker, Stuart Bond and Pa Barry…’a great pub to get into, a hell of a pub to get out of’ 🙂

…and the last night of the tour was a very special one indeed…at Tony’s Bar – Bridgetown nr Killaloe, County Clare 8-6-18…a pub that was owned by my old mans cousin Tony who sadly passed away earlier this year and has been taken over by his daughter Rosemarie who organised a bit of a family gathering for it from my old nans side of the family… lovely to have cousins Marian and Martine along with their husbands Michael and Joe…it was a special night…and also a special thank you to Pa Barry, Stuart Bond and Mark Reilly who travelled over from Limerick to support the gig …great stuff lads 🙂
